2026-27 School Year After-School Program
Starting in August 2026, all programming after 3pm will require prior registration and pre-payment of program fees.
Due to decreases in funding available to schools for afterschool programming, we are no longer able to provide free programming to students after 3pm (ASAP program is ENDING and we are no longer able to provide access to free afterschool programming).
Starting in April of 2026, families will be able to REGISTER and pay to reserve their child's seat in our afterschool programming.
Parents will be able to pay all fees in full at a discounted rate if paid in full by August 26, 2026.
Parents will also be able to pay in 3 installments at a slightly higher cost.
All families are asked to consider applying for Wisconsin Shares benefits, which can reduce or eliminate all afterschool programming costs.
K4 & K5 After-School Programming
- Daycare services provided by licensed and credentialed staff
- Classroom activities including arts, crafts, and recreation
- Indoor and outdoor recreational activities on site in gymnasium and playground
- Snacks provided
1st-5th Grade After-School Programming
- Daycare services provided by licensed and credentialed staff
- Classroom activities including arts, crafts, and recreation
- Recreational Programming: Fit Kids, Yoga Club, Indoor & Outdoor Recreation
- Music Programming: Choir
- Interest based Clubs: Coding Club, Book Club, Film Club, Board Game Club, Spooky Book Club, Kindness Club
- Homework Support
- Indoor and outdoor recreational activities on site in gymnasium and playground
- Snacks provided
6th-8th Grade After-School Programming
- Interest Based Clubs: Game Club, Drama & Theatre, Art Club, Cooking Club, Student Council, Chess Club, LEGO League, 3D Printing Club, Gardening Club, Comic Book Club,
- Academic Clubs: Battle of the Books, Science Fair, Spanish Club, Newspaper Club, Yearbook Club, Study Hall

Payment Expectations
- All program fees must be paid in full BEFORE services are rendered.
- A deposit must be paid to reserve your child's seat in the program.
- Students with an unpaid balance for afterschool program fees, or any school fees, will be removed from all afterschool care programs and will be charged $1 per minute for each minute their child is picked up late.
