Bruce Guadalupe Community School offers a four-week summer academic program for K5 - 8th grade students. This program is designed to strengthen and enrich student academic performance in the core areas of reading, writing, science, and mathematics.
Summer Session hours are from 7:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m., Monday through Thursday. (No school on Fridays.)
No school on Thursday, July 4th, 2024 in observance of the Independence Day Holiday.
The United Community Center also offers a Summer Recreation Program to students during the four week Summer Session program. The program runs from 12:15 p.m. - 4 p.m. and lunch is provided for the students. The Summer Recreation Program offers students hand-on experiences through science projects, Children's Reading Cafe, golf, tennis, fishing, sailing, swimming, and a variety of field trips.
